These terms explain who operates the website, how concept material may be used and when a wheel project becomes a separate binding agreement.

You may browse the website and share ordinary links to its public pages. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, extract protected material at scale, bypass security controls or present Tailored Wheels content as your own.
3. Inspiration is not a product offer
Website images, wheel directions, text and visualisations communicate inspiration and design intent. Material marked as a concept, study or illustration is not a binding offer, certification, technical approval, fitment guarantee or production specification.
4. A project requires a separate agreement
A project becomes binding only through a separate written proposal or order confirmation that defines the parties, exact vehicle, dimensions, construction, material, finish, evidence, scope, price, payment, responsibilities, timing, delivery and cancellation terms.
The website has no checkout or automated order acceptance. Terms of sale, delivery, returns, warranty and cancellation are controlled in the relevant proposal and order documents. Mandatory consumer rights are never reduced by these website terms.
At launch, Tailored Wheels accepts commercial project enquiries for Norway only. Enquiries from other countries require a separate written assessment before any proposal or commitment.
5. Accuracy, fitment and responsible decisions
We work to keep general website information clear and accurate, but it cannot replace project-specific vehicle identification, measurement, technical review, installation checks or applicable approval requirements.
Customer-supplied information and Tailored Wheels verification both form part of the documented project basis. A concept image, general dimension or website example must never be used alone for manufacturing, ordering, modifying or operating a vehicle.
6. Intellectual property and submitted material
Tailored Wheels branding, original text, design work, illustrations and project material are owned by us or used under licence and are protected under applicable law. No licence is granted beyond ordinary viewing and permitted linking.
When you submit material, you confirm that you may share it for private project assessment. That does not transfer ownership, prove photographer rights or approve public use. Publication always requires a separate choice and final rights review.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may link to independent services or sources. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant third party. A link is not an endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
8. Liability and mandatory rights
The website is provided as a source of information and project inspiration. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights where Norwegian or other mandatory law does not allow that result.
9. Law, changes and contact
